| What is included in the cost of renting the cabin? We provide all linens and towels, paper products, shampoo, soap, lotion, a fully equipped kitchen with dish service to accommodate four people and stocked with basic amenities, such as sugar, salt, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & cooking spices. When you stay at Blue Moon Cabin, we want you to feel as though you are in our own home. All utility costs are included (water, heat, electric, trash removal, and local telephone). However, you are responsible for your own long-distance telephone charges. To make long-distance calls, we ask that you either call collect, or use a credit card, prepaid phone card, or cell phone. (Some cell service does not work at the cabin, however.) You will have access to high speed wireless internet service and only need to plug in your own wireless capable laptop to make use this great free service. Can you help us with what to do once we are in Montana? We love Montana and the great opportunities that exist here for outdoor recreation, dining, art viewing, shopping, museums and more. Our information booklet will tell you about everything from our favorite places to eat to the best biking and hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing, fly fishing guides, river rafting companies, horseback riding opportunities and more! We are available to answer your questions at any time. Who takes care of cleaning? The cabin will be cleaned both before and after your stay, and this is included in your rental rate. For stays of longer than one week, we can provide periodic housekeeping as needed. Please call us if you have questions about this. Whats the best way to get to Montana? Most people fly into Gallatin Field Airport in Bozeman. (Bozemans airport is about 35 minutes from Blue Moon Cabin.) Four major airlines fly into Gallatin Field: Horizon (Alaska Air), Delta, United and Northwest. For information on great rates and personalized service, we recommend you call Montana Travel at: 800-247-3538. How does one get to the cabin? You will receive detailed directions with your confirmation letter. In the winter, you will need a four-wheel drive (or all wheel drive) vehicle to access the cabin, but in summer and fall, any vehicle will do. Whats the best way to reserve time at the cabin? You should call as early as possible to reserve your time at Blue Moon Cabin. Your reservation can be held with a 50% deposit. The final payment, including a 7% Montana state tax and a $100 security deposit, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure provided the cabin is left in good condition. What are your cancellation and refund policies? Should you need to cancel 30 days or more before your planned, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75 administrative fee. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your visit, you will be refunded your security deposit and tax, but we reserve the right to keep your full payment if we are unable to rebook your reservation.
