7% MT State Lodging Tax is not included in the above rates.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, which is refundable (minus a $100 administrative/cancellation fee) up to 30 days in advance. This is payable by Visa, MasterCard or by check. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your stay.
We also collect a $100 security deposit, which will be returned within 30 days of your departure provided there is no extraordinary damage to the premises. (Normal wear and tear is never considered as damage.)
