**For stays of 2 nights or less, a $30 cleaning fee will be added.
Pets (upon approval) are welcome. There is a $10 per night, per pet fee.
7% MT State Lodging Tax is not included in the above rates. This will be billed with your final payment, which is due 30 days prior to your stay.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, which is refundable (minus a $200 administrative/cancellation fee) up to 60 days in advance. This is payable by Visa, MasterCard or by check. (check must be received within 5 business days of booking, in order for your dates to be held. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your stay and will automatically be billed to your credit card, unless you specify otherwise. If you are booking within the 45 day time period, your payment will be due in full upon booking.
Blue Moon Cabin is pet friendly. There is an extra charge for pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Full payment for rental is due 45 days prior to intended stay, at which point the fee is non-refundable. Should you decide to cancel prior to 45 days before your stay, your deposit minus a $200 administrative fee will be returned to you within 30 days. Cancellation notice must be received by email or phone call 45 days prior to your stay.
Once you have a received the confirmation letter,
this policy is in effect.
RH Properties, LLC does not charge a damage deposit, however, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage, beyond ordinary wear and tear, that may occur as a result of your stay. (Normal wear and tear is never considered as damage.)
